Regional Sales Manager
Summary
Performs the Sales (manager) function within the assigned region of the USA. Promotes and sells Company`s pneumatic parts within well knowledge and understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic industry. Have a daily visit to customers including distributors and manufactures diversified into different segment and industries. Applicants need to maintain and develop business in region by strong proactiveness and methods given by our training sessions. Also be eager to solve the problems and provide customer better solution. This position needs mind set to achieve and acquire regional success as a Manager and capability to chase the target from 0 to 1.
Essential Duties
- All aspect of regional sales activity including but not limited to RFQ, order/delivery follow up, inventory managing, analyzing customer forecast, to secure the sales.
- Interact directly with customers and suppliers by providing on-time services to support any requests.
- Build relationships with customers throughout the territory.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the works, organize, and solve the issues.
- Create various reports upon request.
- Manage regional customers maintaining sales target and new leads from potential customers.
- Engage into daily sales activity and need to submit weekly sales report communicating with senior management member (be provided FB and next actions).
- Conduct the market research and analyze the sales, evaluate competitors, and identify potential opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience of pneumatic or related industry (i.e., Hydraulic, mechanical engineering, automation).
- Must be responsible for his/her assigned sales region with designated and targeted number.
- Need multi-tasking capability for establishing mindset of being a regional sales manager and pursuing the goal as a company.
- Experience in sales activities and delivering smooth communication with customers.
- Proficiency in a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office, CRM software.
- Leadership to manage and maintain regional sales and possibly train other members.
- Establish strategy, perform sales plan, and try to achieve its goal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
