Founded in 1998, Impro is a leading global manufacturer of customized OEM castings and machined components serving industry leaders in diverse industries. Most of the customers are Fortune 500 or public companies in US and Europe. Impro has been experiencing phenomenal growth, the Company is seeking 1-2 Account Manager/Sales Engineer to join our Chicago Naperville team.
Position Details:
- Location: Naperville Office, Illinois
- Department: Automotive & Industrial Components
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relations with existing automotive & industrial accounts
- Process inquiries/requests for quotation from new and existing accounts and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Be responsible for new project launch collaboration and act as a liaison between customers and Company's multiple-function teams globally
- Develop and maintain communications cooperatively and professionally with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering background (plus)
- Castings related experience is a plus
- OEM experience in manufacturer is a plus
- At least 2-year solid Engineering and Account Manager experience
- Multinational corporate cultural identity
- Occasional business trips are necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
