Responsibilities:

Meet homeowners to discuss solar benefits at scheduled appointments
Address client questions and guide them through the sales process
Utilize both self-generated and provided leads
Stay updated on industry trends through training
Work with canvassing team to reach target markets
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Requirements:

Strong communication skills to explain solar energy clearly
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes
Determination to exceed sales targets
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Own transportation for client meetings

Qualifications:

Friendly, reliable, and upbeat demeanor
Self-motivated with strong integrity
Passion for renewable energy
Experience in solar sales, preferably with Sunova leasing
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Competitive commission structure with potential earnings of $120,000 to $250,000 in the first year, based on performance.
