The total salary for this sales role is composed of three main components:
- Base Salary: A fixed amount paid regularly bi-weekly, regardless of performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the National Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving our national sales and aligning efforts with marketing to consistently exceed targets. You’ll empower your team, streamline operations, and unlock growth with strategic initiatives that seamlessly integrate with our marketing campaigns. Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, you’ll ensure our go-to-market strategy is set for success. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales plans that grow our customer base and solidify FastSensor's footprint.
- Hit sales targets by guiding your team and maximizing their strengths.
- Build productive relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Partner with marketing to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive results.
- Align sales targets with marketing efforts for seamless collaboration and measurable outcomes.
- Provide customer insights and market trends to help shape marketing strategies.
- Refine lead generation and qualification processes in collaboration with marketing.
- Share competitive intelligence to influence strategic marketing decisions.
Planning & Operations
- Design new sales initiatives and programs to win key accounts.
- Attend industry events and conferences to identify new opportunities.
- Create and execute an annual sales plan that aligns with our business goals.
Team Development
- Set clear objectives for each team member.
- Conduct regular 1:1s to offer guidance and support.
- Manage performance and track attendance.
- Help the team grow through training and development.
- Provide training on key marketing campaigns and initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- A strong understanding of how sales and marketing work together.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Killer time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office tools.
- Stellar customer service instincts.
- Proven people management skills with a knack for building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Confident negotiation and presentation skills.
Your Background
- College degree and SaaS experience? That’s a plus.
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams.
- Proven track record working alongside marketing teams to drive growth.
- Familiarity with events or trade shows? Even better!
- Experience with modern sales and marketing technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
