Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Tour Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts across a portfolio of seven prestigious properties. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in hospitality and tour sales who is eager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating tours and events, and ensuring each property meets its revenue goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client base through effective networking, partnerships, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate closely with on-site property managers and sales teams to align property goals and sales strategies.
- Oversee property tours, events, and group bookings to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities for new tour and group sales initiatives.
- Mentor and train sales team members across properties to uphold standards and maximize productivity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results and meet goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, presenting data-driven insights to senior management.
Requirements: Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales within the hospitality, tourism, or corporate events industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on the tourism and hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties or locations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
