Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping customers achieve their goals using our products. Your focus will be on ensuring customers are maximizing the value of our product by aiding in implementation, providing product education, upselling new modules and products, and facilitating the adoption of new features.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct training sessions with customers to educate them about our product's features and capabilities.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their goals, and provide tailored solutions and strategies to help them achieve these.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns and proactively reach out to provide support or advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within the company.
  • Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development.
  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and how our product addresses specific customer needs.
  • Ensure customer retention by tracking renewal dates, customer satisfaction, and customer needs, as well as supporting at-risk accounts.
  • Performs related duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role in a tech or software company.
  • Strong understanding of how to facilitate customer adoption and optimize product usage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams including sales, product, and technical support.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
