Job Description
We operate prominent dispensaries in Denver and are currently looking for a talented individual to join our in-house cannabis cultivation team as a Head Grower. This is a full-time managerial position which features performance-based compensation, paid holiday leave, three weeks of vacation time/sick time, and in-store discounts. We are looking for a talented grower with management experience and proven track record to lead our cultivation team.
This is a full-time salary-based position. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Cannabis cultivation and harvest
- Managing a team of employees
- Daily plant maintenance tasks
- Pesticides application
- METRC account management
- Maintaining plant and item inventories
- Cleaning
- Research and development
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial cannabis management experience.
- Valid MED work badge.
- Valid CO-DOA Private Pesticides Applicator card.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Must know how to use Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in METRC account management.
