Job Description
Airrosti is seeking a seasoned and strategic sales professional to secure partnerships with large self-insured employer clients throughout the Central Texas region (Austin & San Antonio). The Vice President of Business Development will sell Airrosti's suite of solutions (in-clinic, virtual musculoskeletal (MSK) solution, Airrosti Remote Recovery, and Airrosti's newest MSK wellness solution through HCSC/BCBSTX, Flex). The position will lead every aspect of relationship building with employer clients; including sales strategy, sourcing and pursuing sales prospects, developing relationships with insurance carriers and brokerage firms, and driving customers to close.
The Vice President of Business Development will be a key contributor and leader in shaping Airrosti's growth and success in our longest-standing market. VPBD will be responsible for employer-related growth and revenue for the assigned region and will move an already successful company to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop and oversee end-to-end employer sales strategy in Central TX
- Secure ongoing partnerships with large employer clients throughout Central TX
- Develop strategies to maximize health plan member utilization of Airrosti to lower employer costs & MSK spend, including working closely with the Account Management team to prepare & secure commitment to Airrosti education & awareness
- Conduct market research to identify prospects and vertical partners
- Actively build and maintain a healthy pipeline of clients
- Prepare and deliver individual and large-group client sales presentations
- Work with Airrosti's Health Plan Sales and Business Development teams to leverage existing insurance carrier and broker partners
- Contribute to product improvement and growth by reporting client and market feedback
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of healthcare or point solution sales experience
- Background in sales and/or healthcare, with a history of closing large, complex deals
- Solid understanding of self-funded employer plans and TX health insurers
- Meaningful contacts and experience with medical carriers, health insurance brokers, employee benefits consultants, and wellness vendors
- History of consistently exceeding goals
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
- Experience working in a team environment, collaboratively with other sales leads and team members to secure significant partnerships
- Desire to represent Airrosti at conferences and events and demonstrate a passion for Airrosti's ability to resolve MSK pain & injuries unlike any other provider or product
- Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced new product launch and development - the ability to innovate and solve problems creatively
- Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Total Comp: $125,000-$170,000 per year (depending on experience)
