Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track account performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Utilize our CRM tool to manage client interactions and track sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
