Job Summary:
As a Best Ring Account Manager you would be responsible for meeting with our customers, in-person, via our contact platforms and onsite at festivals and venues. You would help build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and assist with the day to day success of our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of our current portfolio of events
- Liaise with festival, sponsorship, ticketing, and concessionnaire partners to ensure best in class responsiveness and timely delivery of Best Ring Services.
- Manage client success and retention.
- Understand and assist with successful delivery of all set up and event logistics from inception to execution.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to grow our brand in the festival and venue space.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in festivals, bars or restaurant management,
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
