Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Jr. Client Growth Manager to join our growing full-service marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth through cross-selling and upselling. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth by aligning client needs with the agency’s services. Reporting directly to the CMO/CEO, this position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the agency's continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communications:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries and provide strategic solutions to meet their marketing goals.
Data and Analytics Review:
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics, campaign results, and ROI to clients.
- Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance and achieve better results.
Strategy Development Assistance:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and target audience.
- Assist in developing customized marketing strategies to meet client goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Advertising) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients to enhance their overall marketing strategy.
- Develop proposals for new service offerings, highlighting the potential value and ROI.
- Participate in final sales presentations with the sales team to help close deals and facilitate client handoff into operational execution.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage resources and timelines efficiently.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
Client Onboarding:
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of agency services.
- Conduct initial client meetings to gather necessary information and set expectations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or related fields within a marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing, and advertising).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Drive, Canva).
Compensation:
- Base salary: $50,000
- Commission: Opportunity to earn up to $110,000 on target earnings (OTE) through performance-based incentives.
