Regional Sales Director – Wireless
Pave the way for retail excellence from state-wide sales and operational performance as a Regional Sales Director for our Walmart Wireless division.
With Premium’s Wireless Sales Program, our geography oversees 1300+ retail outlets within Walmart Supercenters across the country – for a team of over 3,000 contributing professionals. As a Regional Sales Director with the team, you will help drive sales excellence and retail market identity.
What will you do?
- Effectively manage a region, of 7-9 district teams, through executive client planning
- Implement effective recruiting strategies for your team of district managers, to support top talent, while further developing program proficiency and retention.
- Analyze high-level data, including financials, staffing-coverage, transaction performance, market insights, for briefings with leadership – identifying district vulnerabilities for increases in performance.
- Develop professional relationships with region-level client leaders for quality assurance purposes, building rapport for future-growth.
- Conduct regular field visits with your team, maintaining high visibility presence within your collective geography.

What experience should you have?
- Five years of comparable management experience – wireless, carrier, consumer-electronics, and related solutions-services preferred.
- Five years of applicable multi-unit 3PL client history.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) is preferred, with b2b and/or business administration concentration.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, general communication skills – to drive effective leadership influence.
