Job Description
We are in search of an Assistant Sales Manager for our Central Florida Water Treatment comapny. We have four offices that require sales assistance on a daily basis. The qualified candidate will be able to mutli task and be available for questions from Sales Associates while they are on sales appointments. In addition, managing the sales associates to a monthly, quarterly and yearly goal is mandatory.
A qualified candidte would have experience with canvassing or creating leads, able to learn the products we offer, and understand the sales program inside and out. Learning the deomonstration from start to finish will be required as you will manage the sales associates to that standard.
Being a water treatment company, understading our products and how to present recommendations to a customer is imperative. Ride alongs will be necessary to see that our sales associates are utilizing the proper sales pitch and techniques.
This position is a salaried position with bonuses if goals are reached and maintained. We offer health insurance after 90 days, a week vacation after working here for a full year, as well as paid time off for all major Holidays.
