The candidate will grow and expand our abilities as a small business by offering a range of product solutions to help clients build and renovate their dream homes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Daily reporting of KPIs to your Sales Manager who will support and coach your sales efforts.
- Your primary role will be to develop new business by conducting 10+ meetings (leads) per week to cultivate sales.
- First 10 days will be to thoroughly understand the Company’s culture, practices and procedures, and ideal client base. In depth learning of the industry, market and top window and door products
- Acquired skills include architectural takeoffs, quoting software, sales cycle, terms and lead-times, delivery coordination, product inspection, post-delivery review, and warranty service.
- At the 90 day mark, you will have completed training and will maintain lead generation, business development, and sales forecasting with 5+ new clients (sales) per week.
- Once clients are brought onboard and handed off to the client success team, you will focus on future growth, window and door consulting, and generating new and more complex business potential, while maintaining strong connections to long-term industry partners.
- For the first 6 months, you will have the opportunity to receive mentorship from one of our experienced sales reps.
- By the 6-month mark, you will be consistently expanding your client network and sales through interfacing with Designer Window Supply resources and personnel on a weekly basis of strategy and review.
- By 12 months, you will be expected to operate autonomously in 8-10 Top Manufacturer product lines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
To be successful in this position you will need to be a quick learner, coachable, self-driven to continually improve your knowledge of windows and doors, diligent with follow-up and follow-through on tasks, detail-oriented, and efficient with time management. Most importantly, you will need a genuine interest in helping clients with a positive and proactive attitude.
An ideal candidate for this position must be able to stay organized, multi-task, and effectively manage their time with multi-step tasks of follow up and follow through. We are looking for an individual who is relentlessly focused on details, with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and can relate to individuals within minutes of a conversation and build credibility with clients.
REQUIRED:
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Valid Driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and clean driving record
- Minimum Education: College Degree
- Intermediate level MS Office, Google Suite and Gmail, and CRM systems.

Uncapped Earning Potential: $25/hr (Salary $52,000+), Commission, and Benefits for entry level sales (new to windows and doors). Experienced Sales (5+years) starting salary at $65,000+, including Commission, and Benefits.
