What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the sales and revenue funnel.
- Streamlining and optimizing the sales process to enable sales team productivity.
- Perform sales forecasting.
- Work with sales leadership to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting and create reports / dashboards for sales execs, and leadership team.
- Manage analytics and metrics program to help leadership to make data driven decisions
- Selecting, implementing, and managing sales and marketing automation tools.
- Manage CRM data, own CRM data quality.
What you'll need:
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, operations management or related field
- Proven work experience as Sales Operations Manager, CRM manager or similar role
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of salesforce systems
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Solid understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- A track record building strong working relationships with senior leaders or the confidence to contribute at that level
