- Develop strategic relationships with large employers.
- Develop a playbook for employer partnership models (e.g., advocacy with employer TPAs/payers, unique benefit designs promoting Cortica, unique service models to enable greater access for target employees).
- Develop supportive channel partner relationships (e.g., consultants, brokers).
- Cultivate employer relationships based on Cortica patient testimonials, supportive employer leaders, or assisting channel partners.
- Construct unique employer relationships.
- Serve as account management liaison to strategic employer partners to confirm value proposition is being met.
- Develop strategic relationships with provider groups.
- Develop a playbook for provider partnership models (e.g., referral partner, HMO delegated provider, market expansion advocate, etc.).
- Develop process for confirming that internal capabilities exist (or are developed) to support provider partners.
- Cultivate provider relationships based on existing referral patterns, existing market relationships, strategic partners (e.g., investors), or business development.
- Construct unique provider relationships.
- Serve as account management liaison to strategic provider partners to confirm value proposition is being met.
- Support new product development at Cortica that enables enhanced services and capabilities for the organization. Examples of product development includes the following potential offerings: national telehealth services, utilization management, management service organization, or new total cost of care reimbursement models.
- Role requires coordination and partnership with many cross-functional departments (marketing, enrollment, clinical services, finance) as well as others in contracting and analytics function for strategy development, data collection, report generation, delivery of specific training, coordination of research opportunities, etc.
- Establish meaningful relationships at every level, maintaining a deep understanding of Cortica’s community partners’ strategies, business priorities, roadmaps, and operational and clinical needs.
- Represent Cortica at conferences, local events, speaking engagements to further build beneficial partnerships and unlock more opportunities to build networks.
- Provide information to executive team by preparing special presentations and analyses.
- This role requires travel across the country to Cortica’s established and potential new markets to establish partnerships.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- Master’s degree (required).
- Experience in a senior healthcare operations and/or business development or healthcare contracting role with provider groups.
- You have attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload and successfully work in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- You have experience with evaluating strategic partnerships, both clinically and operationally.
- You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, follow up, consultative sales and presentation skills.
