HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Evaluates the market and develops a marketing and sales plan.
- Builds a pipeline of prospects and converts to active customers over an agreed period in line with the business plan.
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated major accounts and meets assigned expectations.
- Effectively interfaces with the plant, tech center, and customer service personnel.
- Helps drive new product development, product modifications, and accompanying pricing strategy based on the identified market needs across all product lines.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
- You have a bachelor’s degree focused in Business, Sales, Marketing, and/or Engineering
- Minimum 3-year experience in automotive trim, lighting and electronics industries.
- Commercial business aptitude with strong oral, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven sales ability including effective negotiation skills.
- Abilities to gather sales leads, to analyze and to research viability of opportunities and to position Rebo in front of the key decision makers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Experience with Ford, Stellantis and GM business is preferred
