Renu Pool Plastering is seeking a sales leader with a proven track record of success in the construction industry and an unwavering dedication to client satisfaction. This is a pivotal position in which you'll spearhead our efforts to expand our pool plastering and remodeling services.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Stellar Sales Acumen: You're a natural closer, with a knack for building long-lasting client relationships. You’ll be accountable to managing our builder relationships, and working with our clients to ensure their experience is unmatched.
• Industry Know-How: Your experience in construction gives you a clear understanding of project timelines, materials, and the ins and outs of pool renovations. You don’t necessarily need pool experience, but need to know your way around a construction site or industry.
• Client Champion: Building trust and rapport with clients is your superpower. You'll be an advocate for clients, ensuring their vision for their backyard paradise becomes a reality. You understand the emotional investment associated with a pool project.
• Communication Virtuoso: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present complicated proposals clearly and navigate client concerns with ease.
• Initiative & Follow-Through: You thrive on being given a task and taking ownership, running with it and exceeding expectations.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the construction or pool industry.
• Ability to manage a large number of tasks simultaneously with speed and efficiency.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
• Jobber experience would be great.
• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to client locations.
