Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client accounts. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
- Utilize HubSpot tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role
- Strong background in in B2B or technical sales
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)

Pay: $110,000.00-$168,452.30 per year

  • sales: 5 years (preferred)
