- Extreme technical competency in taxation, especially a deep understanding of individual,
- real estate partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax areas of practice.
- Familiar with both California and multi-state tax rules, Lacerte tax software and BNATax
- Projection software.
- Responsible for both reviewing tax returns prepared by the staff and occasionally
- preparing complex returns.
- Although not required, ability to generate and cultivate new business.

Certifications and Education
- Current CPA license
- Preferably either a master’s in taxation or a law degree.

Summary
As a Tax Partner, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex tax regulations and financial strategies. Reporting to the firm's leadership, you will leverage your core skills in accounting and tax experience to provide expert advice and ensure compliance with GAAP. Your premium skills in estate planning and corporate accounting will enhance our service offerings, while your relevant skills in financial report writing and mergers & acquisitions will support our clients' growth. Strong mentoring, leadership, and communication skills are essential as you cultivate relationships and develop your team in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
