We are hiring a Professional Relations Liaisons to join our team!
The Professional Relations Liaison plays a key role in expanding Big Bend Hospice's reach and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners within assigned territories, ultimately driving qualified referrals and admissions. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and secure new partnership opportunities, cultivate existing relationships, and contribute to Big Bend Hospice’s census growth.
Travel Requirement: Must have a reliable vehicle, willingness, and ability to travel throughout the Tallahassee coverage area.
Schedule: This is a full-time position working 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
(duties include, but are not limited to)
Report directly to the Sales Manager and follow their recommendations to optimize territory coverage, increase leads and referrals and build relationships with physicians.
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and meet all reporting deadlines set by Sales Manager.
Analyze market trends and CRM data with Sales Manager to identify target groups and potential partnership opportunities for expanding BBH's reach.
Utilize the CRM daily to track interactions, report progress, and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborates with Sales Manager to prepare business plans and maintain target lists in accordance with the marketing plan.
Work closely with internal teams at the direction of the Sales Manager (Marketing, Referral, Admission, Community Engagement) to ensure seamless referral workflows and maximize patient admissions.
Actively participate in team meetings and committees which enhance the working relationships between departments within BBH & its affiliates. Ensure appropriate information is shared with and gained from assigned IDTs.
Serve as representative for BBH and its affiliates specific to relationship-building with healthcare providers to build a larger, stronger referral network.
- Represent BBH at community events and health fairs, building brand awareness and forging valuable partnerships.
- o Assist and be available to represent Big Bend Hospice [BBH] and its affiliates at community events and health fairs, upon direction and from supervisor.
- Call on physicians, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare providers.
- Cultivate, develop, and enhance contractual and care relationships with assigned Providers (Physicians.)

Serve as representative for BBH and its affiliates with assigned Healthcare Providers (Physicians,) seeking to ensure ease of access to hospice care, reporting any issues to internal key stakeholders in a professional and consistent manner and aiding in resolutions.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical education plans and public awareness for healthcare providers for BBH and its affiliates in collaboration with Hospice Education Liaison and with approval by Supervisor.
- Provide and document in-services on clinical educational training completed with staff at assigned Provider (Physicians) in collaboration with Hospice Education Liaison upon request and as approved by supervisor.
- Maintain membership in related health care professional organizations for the purpose of networking.
- Serve as project lead on assigned programs specific to relationship-building with healthcare providers.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Department Director.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field and/or a minimum of four years' experience in marketing, public relations, or related firled; preferably healthcare.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license
