Job Description:

The Principal Technical Solutions Consultant (Alliance Advisor) supports the creation of new alliance opportunities and ongoing success of existing alliances by applying deep technical expertise of CoreLogic products and data to solve business problems for our clients. Solution Consultants are responsible for the process of "solutioning" which means fully understanding problems and working across organizational teams to identify the best solution for the client. The successful hybrid-remote Solutions Consultant leverages both product and business acumen to define and align requirements to existing CoreLogic products and solutions. The role includes developing a deep understanding of unique client needs and socializing common themes and client needs internally as an input for future product development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of CoreLogic products and how they are used by the customer in order to determine alliance partner fit.

  • Keep an ongoing pulse on the technical process with alliance partners and provide updates to leadership.

  • Partner with sales to understand customer demand and consumption.

  • Partner with existing alliance partners and prospects to solve complex needs utilizing existing solutions and creating new ones. Ensure internal stakeholders understand the alliance partner’s needs.

  • Manage technical alliance partner engagements, in coordination with internal stake holders, to document scope and detail requirements for successful completion of alliance partner value to drive client adoption.

  • Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with articulated business requirements and deliver the expected results.

  • Present alliance partner’s complex issues and socialize potential solutions to senior and executive leadership.

  • Create and empower data driven and continual improvement culture.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of Consultant/Business Process Analyst/Product Management working with software companies and data providers as partners.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with Product, Marketing, Support, Client Success, Sales, and other business groups.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into complete and deliverable specifications.

  • Excellent organizational and project management and facilitation skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent projects.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with/influencing cross-functional teams and gaining consensus. Strong listening and question-based knowledge gathering skills.

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify issues, draw conclusions, and craft solutions.

  • Extensive knowledge of client base and product and data offerings

Annual Pay Range:

100,300 - 140,000 USD
