ACCOUNT MANAGER
Promise Total Services, Inc. is a Texas Based Janitorial Service Provider seeking a self-starter, results driven, and detail-orientated Account Manager.
JOB OVERVIEW
· An Account Manager (AM) is responsible to manage the accounts (buildings) by taking full ownership and following through the clients’ needs.
· Assist with data processing, handle complaints, and ensure that customers get the best possible experience. AM is responsible for assessing and meeting our clients’ needs to develop trust and to maintain great business partnership.
· Oversee all aspects of the account using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes.
· Be responsible for coordination and completion of the account and to this end will perform tasks including setting deadlines, delegating tasks, supervising team members, overseeing, monitoring, summarizing progress of the project, and following up with a thorough report.
· Act as liaison between clients, janitorial staff and Promise executive management, so it is imperative that you can effectively develop work relationship with property ownership/management team, building tenants and Promise team.
· Be responsible for more than one account (building) at a time including one-time projects and ongoing long-term projects.
· This position requires flexibility in work schedule, including availability to work after hours and on weekends as needed to fulfill client needs and business demands.
A successful Account Manager should have various skills and qualifications that fulfill the following prerequisites:
· This position requires regular travel to client locations, and a Valid Driver's License is required. Company vehicle will be provided.
· 4-year college graduate (preferred)
· 5 years of experience in customer service industry (preferred)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
· Listening and Presentation Skills
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to work with different types of customers and accounts
· Strong problem-solving skills to help resolve customer’s complaints or needs with solid administrative follow up and follow through
· Strong organizational skill and attention to detail
· Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior
· Exceptional analytical skills to analyze client data
· Time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and clients concurrently
· Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
· Proven track record of strong performance in an environment that requires adaptability to change
· Ability to interface at a customer site
· Ability to function appropriate under demanding conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
