Salary: $324000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales and Service Account Manager Agent:
Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle.
Develop insurance proposals for prospective clients.
Conduct sales presentations following our sales process.
Ensure all of our clients have a 5-Star experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve high sales targets.
Dedicate two to three hours daily to managing existing accounts and customer requests.
Requirements
What Makes a Sales/ Agent Successful?
A sales or customer-facing background is preferred
Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coachability is essential. There are always opportunities to improve.
Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats. We are a start-up!
Strong technological skills are required.
