Following great success in Ontario, Home Société & MUST are continuing their growth and opening a third store in Toronto, with the two brands under one roof April 2024.

The MUST divisionis the one-stop-shopfor accessible design. We are inspired by current trends to offer a wide range of furniture and decorative items, unique and functional, in a multisensory environment. MUST is THE place for discoveries!

As an innovative Canadian company, we continue our expansion and will soon open a new multilevel store in downtown Toronto, on Power Street. We are currently looking for Sales Consultant for our new location. If you love the world of design and you have great sales and customer service skills, you can’t miss this opportunity to join our new team!

Your role as a Sales Consultant at Home Société & MUST:

  • Welcome, guide and advise clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Help our customers design their interior and exterior spaces;
  • Respect at all times of the aesthetics and displays, as determined by our team;
  • Perform regular follow-ups of sales contracts to ensure that the delivery and after-sales service are carried out as soon as possible and to the complete satisfaction of clients;
  • Perform all other related tasks related to this position.

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills:

  • A keen interest in the world of decor;
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • A confident and convincing approach, as well as an understanding of esthetic language.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are available to work during the day, the evening and on weekends;
  • A positive, dynamic and respectful attitude with both clients and work colleagues;
  • An in-depth and continually updated knowledge of design trends;
