Job Description

Job Title: Farm Relationship Manager

Location: Ogallala, McCook, Madrid, Imperial, Hayes Center, etc.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Farm Relationship Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing and enhancing the relationships with their farmer customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding those relationships by providing outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand the needs and challenges of our farmer customers and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues faced by customers.
  • Conduct regular farm visits to solidify relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Ag and farm practices, either through education or hands on experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
