Neudorf, Austria, and a showroom in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. C SEED has developed the world's largest MicroLED TVs for outdoor and indoor use with a screen diagonal of up to 201 inches.

About the job
Sales Director US will work from C SEED branch office and showroom in Beverly Hills, CA to create a sales strategy based on market research and sales data. Exceptional selling skills, excellent judgment, confidentiality, and managing multiple projects with a "can do" attitude are key strengths that will ensure success in this high-profile role.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales plan, with emphasis on developing new business relationships to US resellers and end clients
- Responsible for US sales team leadership
- Ensure the company and sales team successfully meets agreed revenue, profitability and market share targets across all solution sets
- Promote and raise the profile of the C SEED products, ensuring that the company achieves positive brand equity and captures market share
- Build comprehensive customer relations strategy and monitor its effectiveness through regular contact with customers
- Responsible for accurate forecasting on monthly and quarterly basis
- Responsible for complete and accurate on-going maintenance of accounts, forecasts, proposals, and account activity in the company customer relationship management
- Sales Director US will travel up to 50% of the time
Position requirements and qualifications:
- Previous experience in high end and luxury Audio-Visual sales and 10+ years of experience in sales management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platform Salesforce
- Highly driven, strategic, energetic, organizational, tenured problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into opportunistic customer requirements
- Experience with enhanced solution selling approach to create sales opportunities by expanding network of contacts, utilizing existing relationships and through extensive networking
- Track record of successful sales campaigns culminating in $300K – $2M transactions
- Demonstrated success in accurately forecasting account and volume activities, meeting and exceeding quarterly quotas and growing territory
- Exceptional selling skills: able to manage the people side of the business, effectively use internal/external resources and accomplish assigned targets

Pay: $140,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
