Located in the vibrant city of Nashville, TN, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a team that values exceptional service and innovative solutions in the B2B sector. As an Account Manager I, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, focusing on delivering top-notch support and maintaining high client and cardholder satisfaction. This role is essential in fostering long-term retention through effective problem-solving and robust product knowledge.
How We Work
As an Account Manager I, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing prompt, courteous, and effective customer support, continuously enhancing your expertise in our product offerings.
- Driving client retention by presenting tailored solutions, maintaining quality standards, and expanding your communication skills to deliver superior service levels.
- Achieving mastery in product knowledge, policies, and resolution procedures to effectively handle primary services or products.
- Collaborating with team members to cross-train and support various departmental needs.
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
- Proven B2B customer service experience with a record of proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey product functionalities and offerings.
- Superior customer service orientation, with quick responsiveness to both phone and email inquiries.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities through effective use of available tools.
