Job Description

Our growing real estate investment company, Swift Home Buyers LLC , is looking to hire a Natural Born Leader to become the Sales Manager who builds and runs our sales team!

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage sales by developing a business plan covering gross revenue and commission expense controls.
  • Meet planned sales goals along with team activity goal targets.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team and hold them accountable consistently.
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
  • Oversee all activities and performance of the sales team members.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaign volume and quality.
  • Recruit, hire and fire team members as needed in order to meet sales goals.
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, training and education.
  • Plan thoroughly, set proper sales goals, analyze performance data and make strong forecasts.
  • Promoting the organization and products whenever possible.
  • Help the salespeople close deals whenever necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of past successful sales experience
  • 2+ plus years of experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and effectively prepare and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to develop a balanced and profitable budget along with appropriate commission structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach salespeople.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Real estate investment experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
