SUMMARY
Looking for a dynamic sales operations manager to join our team! This role will be instrumental in enhancing our sales processes, optimizing sales tools, and empowering our sales team through effective enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to drive operational excellence within our sales organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate and execute sales blast email content to support various sales initiatives and campaigns
- Conduct sales salesforce training for new hires and training refreshes to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest features and best practices
- Ensure that our intranet is updated with all new brand content and standard operating procedures
Data Analyst Support:
- Fulfill data analyst needs promptly and accurately, such as handling JIRA ticket requests, including salesforce reporting and dashboard updates
- Prepare and deliver reoccurring data needs such as, weekly scorecard and quarterly stack rank reports
- Support with data governance to ensure that accounts in our CRM are reflecting the proper owners and territories. Partner with technology to work on cleansing data
- Support Sales leadership in account reassignments
- Monitor key sales metrics such as: opportunity age, AOV, close rates, pipeline contribution
- Maintain Sales Salesforce Dashboards to ensure they are accurate and up to date
Manage Sales Tools
- Manage the Sales Engagement Platform
- Build and maintain sales engagement cadences to optimize sales outreach and effectiveness
- Design and implement workflows within our lead generation tools to streamline lead generation and prospecting activities to sales
- Manage our additional lead platforms and performance
HOW YOU’LL GET THERE
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Sales, or Sales support role
- Proven track record of analytical skills including producing a data story
- Strong people and business acumen skills including leading trainings and presenting to senior leadership
- Salesforce, Salesforce Sales Engagement, SAP, PowerBI, and Zoominfo experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft office with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
