Connecticut Basement Systems is the flagship dealer of Contractor Nation, the international network of 385 basement moisture control, foundation repair, basement finishing and building performance contractors serving customers around the world.

What you would do:
- Recruit, hire and train a team of sales professionals
- Regularly coach on our sales system
- Plan and lead weekly sales meetings
- Ensure our customers always have a remarkable experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a sales environment of high standards (3 years minimum)
- Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
- Track record of motivating and leading a team to growth and success
- Strong communication skills: asking questions, listening and straight-talking
- Comfort working with digital tools, including sales software and a CRM
- Collaborative work style including working with external resources
