We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Duties
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and develop strategies to increase sales
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and technical sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze sales data
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide the sales team
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
