Nsight Health works with healthcare providers across the United States to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and reduce hospitalizations by deploying on-site patient liaisons or navigators at doctors' offices.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced VP of Outside Sales to lead our national sales efforts in placing patient liaisons or navigators in doctors' offices. These liaisons will work directly with healthcare providers to identify eligible patients and enroll them in our RPM and CCM services. The VP of Outside Sales will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring successful implementation of on-site liaison programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing outside sales team, with a focus on placing patient liaisons in doctors' offices nationwide.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare providers, including primary care, cardiology, and nephrology practices.
- Drive the enrollment of patients into RPM and CCM programs by working closely with providers and their care teams.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and market expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize the success of patient liaison placement.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of patient liaisons and navigators, ensuring they are effective in educating patients and enrolling them in services.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to executive leadership, with a focus on growth, challenges, and opportunities.
- Travel to client sites across the U.S. as needed to meet with key stakeholders, oversee program implementation, and build relationships.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure all programs comply with CMS laws and other industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience placing patient liaisons or navigators in clinical settings and working with providers to drive patient enrollment in healthcare programs.
- Strong understanding of RPM and CCM services, as well as Medicare billing requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of managing and scaling successful sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with providers and oversee field operations. This position is remote with frequent travel across the US
Preferred Qualifications:
