P.S. We are a remote-first company, however we do have a physical office space that you can work out of anytime you like. Position Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Catering Partnership Manager to our team. This will be a dynamic restaurant-facing role responsible for growing our marketplace offerings. In this role, you will need to understand the needs of our various marketplace clients and ensure we are curating a relevant offering for them, using both existing and new restaurant vendors.

As the Catering Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the growth of a new line of revenue at hungerhub, while helping independent restaurants grow their catering business. You will be part of a small(but strong) team and will have the opportunity to work along side hundreds of restaurants across Canada and contribute ideas that shape the future of our marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Understand hungerhub marketplace customers

  • Understand the different marketplace user types and establish standards to meet their needs
  • Work with our Sales and Account Management team to understand upcoming client needs and grow our marketplace offering to support them

Grow and onboard new marketplace partners

  • Work with new hungerhub partners to set up and optimize their marketplace offerings
  • Prospect new partners to fill gaps in our marketplace

Optimize offerings from existing marketplace partners

  • Work with existing partners to ensure their offerings are maximized for visibility and increased orders
  • Ensure the smooth execution of marketplace orders and troubleshoot as needed

Marketplace maintenance

  • Ensure all marketplace offerings stay up to date with the latest information
  • Suggest improvements to the marketplace to help the client and partner experience improve over time

Customized offerings

  • Work with our Account Management team on special client requests and find marketplace offerings to match those needs
  • Work directly with clients to understand their special events needs and create marketplace offerings to match those needs

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, it's important to have, at minimum, experience working in a restaurant on the catering side(sales, menu development, etc..) or with a caterer. To be a successful member of our team it's also important to have:

  • Passion for the food industry and a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driven: Makes sure goals are achieved and keeps at it until they are.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
