Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients over the phone, educate them on the benefits of a free water test, and generate leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads list.
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients.
  • Build rapport with potential customers by understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Explain the benefits and features of our water treatment solutions, addressing any questions or objections they may have.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and leads generated.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish customer trust.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 26 – 36 per week
