USA Roofing & Gutters, LLC is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to grow with us and to build a successful sales team for our residential roofing & gutter department located in Trussville, AL.

Job Description:
Hiring and training a sales team including field training. The roofing sales manager is both a coach and player who manages the sales and supports the team to generate new business, cross-selling to existing customers and creating lasting relationships with our client base. The sales manager will also perform sales on a regular basis and manage production.
Experience:
Roofing industry experience is a must. Must be a top producer, able to recruit and train the sales team to achieve our company goals.
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Management with a proven record
- Roofing: 2 years (Required)
Candidate must have high integrity, be very motivated and driven, reliable and a team player. Must have a positive do what it takes attitude.
Education:
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
