Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage renewal timelines and risk information update requirements;

Develop comprehensive client-friendly information update requests;

Preparation of insurance applications and consolidation of information for presentation to insurance markets;

Preparation of coverage specifications, proposals, summaries, RFPs, etc.;

Claim reporting and monitoring as may be required on assigned accounts;

Assist with client meeting presentations and attend client meetings as needed;

Maintain accurate, up-to-date suspense list of outstanding/future items, promoting regular review of assignments and deadlines with team members;

Regular and punctual attendance is essential;

Determine information requirements based on changes in client operations and exposures;

Maintain status of activity with carriers, and keep Producer advised with updates

Assist with coordinating client coverage and service matters, including participating with producer on coverage matters connected to specific client operations

Participate in contract review process, backup to producer and acting as primary contact when producer is unavailable, as may be needed

Maintain list of open / future items, coordinate with producers on assignments and deadlines

Assist in Coordinating production of periodic documentation apart from renewal matters, with department completion targets

Promote internal relationships, including lead or backup roles on cross-department team clients including joint proposal production, coordinating documents for team clients

Promote external relationships, including assisting with arranging meetings with underwriters and other industry personnel
