Integration Services, the new system integration business for Duravant, is focused on providing solutions to both integrator and end-user customers. Integration Services is searching for a Sales Manager, responsible for representing Duravant to the client. This role requires the Sales Manager to gain an understanding of the client’s business needs and initiatives. Collaborate with the solution development team in designing best in class solutions. The Account Manager is responsible for effectively communicating Duravant’s solutions and benefits to the client.


POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following, other duties as assigned.

  • Develop and maintain an effective account penetration and management strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the client’s organizational structure and key buying influences.
  • Provide and maintain accurate sales forecast.
  • Manage and log all selling activity through CRM software.
  • Gain understanding of Duranvant’s family of products & execution capabilities.
  • Understand the key technical, operational, and commercial challenges facing the prospective customer to assist in developing a value-added solution.
  • Co-create proposal for solution offerings
  • Co-create presentation detailing solution


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of complex solution sales in logistics or automation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels, by virtue of professional competence, integrity, and personal style.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, the colleague may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.

The incumbent must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


WORK ENVIRONMENT
:

The position is an office-based position with regular visits to the manufacturing area.
