Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the launch of our San Diego market. This critical role will oversee our partnership with Costco, driving the sales of Infinity from Marvin windows and introducing the renowned Kohler bath products to our growing product line. As the nation’s #1 Infinity from Marvin window retailer and the 29th top-ranked home improvement company generating $100M annually, Lifetime is thrilled to bring Kohler’s industry-leading solutions to Southern California as part of our rapid expansion across the Western U.S.

Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor sales teams to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Operational Management: Manage sales, operations, and installation/service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Kohler Product Success: Drive the success of Lifetime’s new Kohler bath line, strengthening its presence in the San Diego market through effective sales strategies and team execution.
- Partnership Growth: Expand and grow our Costco partnership, highlighting Kohler and Infinity from Marvin as premier product offerings.
- Business Development: Cultivate relationships with local vendors, organizations, and contractors to expand Lifetime’s presence.
- Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs, analyzing performance and making data-driven adjustments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with corporate leadership to align strategies and ensure operational success.
- Process Optimization: Optimize sales and operational processes to support growth and efficiency.
- Customer Focus: Foster a customer-first approach, ensuring Kohler’s reputation for luxury and quality shines through every interaction.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets and profitability to meet financial goals.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience:Minimum 5+ years in sales within the home remodeling industry.
- Proven Leadership: Proven success in leading and optimizing sales teams.
- Team Building Skills: Strong leadership, accountability, and team-building skills.
- Networking Expertise: Networking expertise within the Southern California home improvement market.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs for decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and other relevant software systems.
