Responsibilities:
Client Growth & Success:
- Strategic Advisor & Growth: Provide expert guidance, identify growth opportunities, and solve challenges to drive client success.
- Sales & Upselling: Upsell clients on tailored services that enhance their growth and align with their needs.
- Passion for Success: Fully commit to delivering results and ensuring client success.
Relationship & Account Management:
- Relationship Management: Manage and nurture client relationships, addressing challenges and fostering trust.
- Proactive Account Management: Lead accounts, driving performance and meeting client objectives.
Team Management and Support:
- Manage Initiatives and KPIs: Drive key priorities and goals of account management team, lead by example achieving sales and satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, advertising, and design teams to align on strategies and ensure the best outcomes.
- Facilitate Team Efforts: Coordinate efforts across teams, providing clear direction and aligning objectives with client goals.
Results Analysis & Insight:
- Understand & Analyze Results: Interpret campaign data and performance metrics to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Offer actionable recommendations based on results, ensuring continuous growth and optimization.
Project Oversight:
- Task & Time Prioritization: Monitor project timelines and task prioritization, ensuring deadlines are met by the teams.
- Provide Direction: Guide teams by aligning objectives with client goals, offering support but not managing day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency or a related account management role.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising and general marketing strategies,
- Experience in sales and or account based selling
- Excellent people skills
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA) and looker studio
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and task management softwares.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions, including email and phone communication.
- Quick and sharp thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong out-of-the-box thinking and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Process-driven and proactive approach to tasks and client needs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Confidence and resilience in navigating challenges.
