We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager/Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is highly motivated, and excels in organization and self-direction. You will manage a portfolio of accounts while also seeking new commercial lawn maintenance and snow removal contracts.

The ability to make sound judgments, solve problems efficiently, and attention to detail is essential.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the landscaping or comparable industry.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. LMN experience a plus.
- Responsibilities include managing accounts, driving new sales, estimating projects, and overseeing enhancement services.
This role involves managing existing customer accounts, developing enhancement sales, and acquiring new commercial lawn maintenance and snow removal contracts. You will be integral to the budgeting process, scheduling, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the work performed by on-site landscaping crews. We are looking for someone who demonstrates commitment to safety and excellence with minimal supervision.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule daily operations for routine maintenance and enhancements.
- Communicate client concerns, site notes, or special requests to crew managers.
- Full-scope management of a commercial property portfolio.
- Conduct site inspections, meetings, and problem-solving sessions with customers to ensure service quality exceeds expectations.
- Propose, sell, and implement enhancement projects for both new and existing clients.
- Pursue new contract sales and renew existing contracts.
- Collect property and service data for proposal preparation.
- Manage annual contract enhancements, including timely proposal submission, ordering materials, and overseeing installations.
- Maintain detailed records for field data, supply costs, and assist in budgeting and estimating.
- Train and develop managers to provide accurate field information for estimating purposes.
- Meet key performance metrics in enhancement sales, client retention, and new business growth.
- Contribute to planning and strategy development to help achieve company goals.
- Efficiently manage winter weather events, including pre/post-storm client communication, monitoring progress, and evaluating site completion.

Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Clean Illinois Driver's License.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation or maintenance.
- Local plant knowledge (ID, care, pruning) is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Outlook, Excel, Word, and LMN software.
