We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on managing and expanding a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and providing risk management solutions. You will earn a base salary with additional commission opportunities, including 30% of the revenue on new business and cross-sell opportunities. With unique bonus programs for activities such as obtaining reviews, upselling, and referrals, your total annual compensation is expected to range between $50,000 and $85,000. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with commercial clients
- Conduct follow-ups and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes
- Update client information in the system to ensure accuracy
- Issue insurance documentation such as Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards
- Maintain high levels of client retention through exceptional service
- Process policy changes and adjustments as required
Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in commercial lines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone and office etiquette
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
