Job Description
We're on the lookout for a Director of Sales committed to overseeing and supporting the Agent Partners and ISAs within the company. You will be responsible for implementing our sales strategy and revenue targets, training and evaluating our Agent Partners, and ensuring that we generate new and recurring business. Compensation:$150,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of production and profitability through coordination with the Team Leader
- Deliver previous and upcoming week's sales activity reports
- Create methods to help the sales team reach and surpass monthly goals that are in line with the Team's overall sales goals
- Interact with our Agent Partners on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase conversion rates, and keep accountable to personal and team goals
- You will be actively recruiting both experienced agents and new agents, reporting regularly on conversion rates, profitability, and agent KPIs will be required
- You will play a critical role in creating and updating policies and procedures as needed
- This is a full-time position. Will need to spend 10-20 hours/per week in the Draper office and some work may be completed from a remote location
- Lead Sales Trainings for our New Agent Excellence Program
- Management, coaching, or leadership experience (can be another field).
- Very comfortable with technology and mobile apps
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Current or past real estate license preferred
- The heart of a teacher and sports coach
- Must have high energy and a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of each individual agent
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of budgets
- Very comfortable with spreadsheets
- Strong time management skills
- Must have a great sense of humor, and continue building the team culture and a fun work environment
