Job Description

Our San Rafael-based team is seeking a highly competitive, results-driven candidate to join our ever-evolving sales team. As an Entry Level Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the leading point of contact and will be in charge of formulating, building, and executing profitable brand outreach initiatives for our reputable client base. Ultimately, the Entry Level Customer Success Manager will contribute to the commencement and execution of innovative campaigns, meeting sales expectations, and desired client growth. The Entry Level Customer Success Manager hired will be someone who is business-minded or has the desire to acquire this type of knowledge.

Entry Level Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the process of purchasing new products and services
  • Act as liaison for the client and the consumer with the goal of driving sales
  • Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships
  • Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client revenue
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and in order to provide solutions, drive sales, and answer client inquiries
  • Attend meetings for ongoing Entry Level Customer Success Manager training and skill development
  • Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned
  • Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach

Entry Level Customer Success Manager Requirements:

  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, or some college courses completed
  • The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Entry Level Customer Success Managers
  • A high degree of professionalism and reliability
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
