Job Description
*Job Summary* The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to drive company revenue through implementing strategic sales plans and managing client accounts. *Duties* - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Manage and lead a team of sales representatives - Analyze sales data to provide insights and support decision-making - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients - Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships *Skills* - Proven experience in technical sales and account management - Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software - Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a sales team - Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively - Outstanding customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships

Pay: $54,813.00 - $58,320.00 per year
