Inside Salesperson
Requirements:
- 3 years of inside sales / customer service distribution experience in the electrical / heating industry
- Ability to read detailed documents such as specifications and equipment schedules
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of a CRM database
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally
- Top-rate organizational skills - ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively in fast paced environment
- Highly competitive and motivated * Solid understanding of sales metrics
- Creativity and an ability to convey and sell new ideas
- Strong negotiation skills are preferred
Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):
- Order entry
- Obtaining quotes from vendors, checking price and delivery, including special pricing
- Quoting customers
- Handling customer return process
- Expediting Orders
- Purchasing Parts
- Updating the CRM Database
- Performing research as needed
- Customer follow-up
- Participation in onsite channel partner seminars
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through warm calling to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Experience in technical sales or inside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
