Salary: $55,000 – $75,000
Actual compensation within the range will be based on experience

What You’ll Do

Purpose of the Position

Support the development and management of Corporate Eyecare, Safety Eyewear, Health Fund, Government and Public Sector and Membership Organisation relationships to drive sales, volume and profitability while maintaining agreed service levels.


Position Responsibilities

  • Explore all levels of government and public sector contract opportunities and work with the wider Specsavers team to follow up on all business requests, tenders, RFP’s etc
  • Assist in the delivery of marketing and support materials for B2B schemes, Develop and provide after-sales service for existing clients
  • Liaise with stores for lead generation
  • Manage CRM database, CMS, clean lists and assist Corporate Partner Development Managers in following-up leads generated by Stores
  • Liaise with the Retail Support Team to communicate current offers, and store performance
  • Work with finance to provide regular KPI reporting to all stakeholders
  • Support the Corporate Partner Development Managers in working with the Retail Training team to provide training & communications to Specsavers stores on all corporate/insurance partnership related information
  • Assist the team in organizing and executing in-person events to maximize participation and seamless delivery.
  • Support with proposal development, presentations, reporting, communication management with corporate partnerships and keeping records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of corporate partnerships.
  • Represent Specsavers at partnership meetings, industry events, and networking functions, promoting partnership opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on strategies, incentives and communications to increase customer engagement with partnership programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in account management/customer service based role
  • Previous experience in B2B selling, health insurance, employee benefits or other related area an advantage
  • Well organized individual who can administer functions in absence of manager, ie a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
  • Highly competent and demonstrable computer skills with knowledge and experience in the use of the Microsoft suite of software and the use of databases
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present reports and documentation of high quality and integrity and the capacity to deal with a wide range of clients and staff.
  • Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgment, initiative, diplomacy, tact and discretion and proven ability to handle information, and materials in a confidential and appropriate manner.
  • Demonstrated capacity to determine priorities, meet strict deadlines and effectively balance competing demands and the ability to work under pressure both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Customer-focused and highly organized; genuinely enjoys answering questions and solving problems through an effective and creative approach.
