Job Description

Inside Caller – Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our team. As a Inside Caller, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and communicating with potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and sales skills to contribute to our company's growth.

Caller is required at our Richmond office of Hospitality Wholesale supplying company with an aggressive approach on CSR and aggressive outbound calls. We've flexibility of work hours/ days for the right candidate.

Job Requirements

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products & services and setting up the appointments for outside sales reps,

- Writing emails to generate new business leads and maintaing accurate records of customer interactions
- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships

Qualifications

- Excellent command of writing and speaking English, and welcoming tone to talk to clients.

- Absolute spark of client care and No hesitation in making communications and outbound sales calls.

- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (publisher, word, excel) for various data entry, tracking, and reporting purposes.

- Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative work style

- Punctuality to arrive at work and accomplishing the daily outbound call logs and emails

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.45-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 1 year (required)
  • Inside sales: 1 year (required)
