Regional Sales Manager- Roger for Education
- Create and conduct Roger/FM training sessions and provide support for school boards and SoundField distributors in Ontario.
- Provide technical and verification support to customers within the education segment
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and assist with the RFP process.
- Responsible for identifying and supporting opportunities for revenue growth within Ontario school boards
- Troubleshoot and coordinate service activities as needed.
- Responsible for early identification of product trends/issues in the industry; provide solution-based reporting
- Organize teacher training days, seminars, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the National Roger Sales Manager on strategic initiatives for growth.
- Lead product demonstrations, seminars, and conventions
- Audiologist or HIS with a passion for helping people and a collaborative problem-solving mindset
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in field training or sales management preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel overnight (15%)
