TUIO, a leading provider of school management software, is looking for a Sales Development Representative Intern (SDR Intern) to join our team.
At TUIO, we simplify life for administrators by boosting enrollment, managing billing and financial reporting, student information, donations, communications, and more for schools and daycares.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed 100+ outbound dials daily
- Work with cold/warm leads in our CRM, managing prospective clients' time efficiently
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure only the highest potential leads reach our Account Executive
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their needs and pain points, handle objections, and overcome barriers to scheduling appointments
- Report sales pipeline data accurately in HubSpot
- Transition qualified leads from your pipeline to an Account Executive’s pipeline
- Be results-focused and driven
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analyze current workflows and develop process improvements
- Use prospecting tools and social platforms to target new prospects
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

- Phone screening for successful candidates
- 15-30 min Zoom call with the Account Executive you will work with
- 30-60 min virtual interview with the Account Executive, including roleplaying/situational scenarios
- Final 30 min interview with the sales team and HR
- Decision communicated, and if successful, an offer is extended
- Background checks
